Saint Bernard Memorial Project: Heidi

Notes: Painterly project for a very sweet girl that is no longer with us. Heidi's humans are early Art Paw clients from years ago and they have kept in touch over the years. I am very honored to work on this important project.

I am very happy with how this girl turned out. The low resolution digital image provided made this piece just a tad bit of a challenge and I did my best to paint in quite a bit more detail and texture. Click the original snapshot below to see how the low resolution jpg looked enlarged. What the photo lacked in detail was made up for in the sweet smile on this girl's face.

About Your proof:
Your proof should give you a pretty good idea of what your final print will look like. Your actual print will contain much greater detail than can possibly be shown on the web. It should also be noted that all computer monitors are not calibrated exactly the same. Very slight differences in color may occur due to the wide range of monitors that our clients will be using. The vast majority of our clients are more than satisfied with their web proof's accuracy.
