Your proof: Your proof should give you a pretty good idea of what your final print will look like. It should be noted that all computer monitors are not calibrated exactly the same. Very slight differences in color may occur due to the wide range of monitors that our clients will be using. We do recommend adjusting your monitor to it's brightest level, as most office monitors are very dim to prevent eye strain. About Updates: We can rework your proof, changing background colors, abstracting your pet to a greater or lesser degree. All of our work is custom and we are happy to make adjustments before we print your art work. The work we do in Photoshop involves several layers and revisions are very time consuming.For this reason we ask that our clients be very clear and direct in requesting updates. The first set of revisions are free and all additional updates will be charged a design fee of $25 per hour. Revisions can often add up to two or three weeks to your final delivery date. In order to process any design updates we ask that you fill out our client revision form. Feel free to share your on-line proof with your friends by forwarding them the e-mail we sent you. We will leave your proof up for a week or two. |
